A seabird widely lives far away from seashore of topical oceans, Atlantic, Indian and south Pacific are their normally living circles. 8 subspecies have been recorded in the world and only Indopacific Sooty Tern (印太平洋烏燕鷗) can be found in South China Sea include Hongkong and Taiwan. Ascension is in the south of Atlantic Ocean, middle of Africa and South America, here have an important British military base and one of emergency runway of space shuttle. Of course, selling stamps is important income of the government.
